Requirements:

● At least 1 – 2 years relevant working experience in freight forwarding industry

● Minimum 1 year of working experience as accounts executive

● Experience in using cargo wise system

● Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and/or Xero Accounting

● Demonstrate intermediate skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications

• Manage Fixed Assets Register and Assets under Construction.
• Assist with audits and the preparation of statutory accounts according to audit and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with preparation of budget, forecast and management reporting as required.
