Job Description

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of payment documents before deadline.
• Export and upload data by using ERP system and SAP system.
• Liaise with purchaser/ supplier for checking the accuracy of documents with data of purchase order.
• Check and print purchasing documentation for costing team according to schedule.
• Perform data entry.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Our client is local manufacturing company and is a leading player in Bioscience industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their Finance Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area – easily accessible.

Duties of Admin Assistant:

• Efficiently manage incoming telephone calls.
• Oversee company insurance renewal.
• Supervise maintenance and repair activities for vehicles, machinery, equipment, and air conditioning systems.
• Coordinate government license applications and renewals.
• Organize document filing, stationery inventory, and petty cash management.
• Handle accounts receivables and payables, including generating invoices and reconciling supplier statements.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and support general accounting tasks using SAP software.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related field
• At least 1 year experience in administrative functions
• Knowledge of PivotTable is an added advantage

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts and provide finance support to the management
• Prepare / Post journal entries, process suppliers invoices and payment, bank reconciliation and related
• Manage month-end / year-end closing, accruals, generate management reports, financial analysis and payroll
• To ensure financial reporting is compliance with the local accounting reporting standards and group policy
• Support the planning process for budgets and forecast
• Prepare monthly bank balance reports (monitor / track fund movement)
• Provide feedback on workflow process improvements
• Work and liaise with auditor on audit documents / reports & queries
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• LCCI Higher / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
• Min 2 years of accounting related experience
• Possess initiative, strong planning,administrative organizing capabilities, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and Proactive
• Possesses the highest levels of integrity
• Pleasant personality and good team player
• Able to speak Chinese
• Familiar with Xero & Quickbook accounting software is advantage
