1. Manage logistics to fulfil supermarket outlet deliveries.

2. Manage outlet stockists to ensure no out of stock situation.

3. Manage inventory write offs.

4. Grow the revenue by ensuring tip top service to the outlets.

5. Visiting the select outlets to assist in stock up as well as build relationships with the team leaders at the outlets.

5. Run promos to increase sales.

6. Basic + comms

7. Class 3 manual driving license of more than a year is a prerequisite.

8. Need to drive 10-14 foot chiller truck to deliver stocks to outlets where necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable data entry
• checking staffs' claims and key in transactions
• Checking monthly supplier statements
• Prepare payments
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

To work 2 - 3 days / week

Job Requirements:

• LCCI/ CAT/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Those with prior experience in F&B will be an advantage
• Positive working attitude

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans as necessary.
• Maintain and update customer records and contact information.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to track outstanding invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
• Generate and distribute regular financial reports and summaries to management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
