· Process and issue payments to suppliers, customers, contractors and third-party

vendors

· Contact and send reminders to debtors to ensure timely payment

· Prepare, send and maintain good record keeping of invoices

· Prepare monthly cash flow forecast

· Prepare intercompany billings.

· Enforce finance policies and procedures

· Prepare and file income tax returns.

· Prepare and file GST Returns

· Process bank deposits

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role

· Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations

· Hands-on experience with accounting software

· Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating

spreadsheets)

· Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors

· Good organizational and time-management abilities

· BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field would be an advantage

• Position : Accounts Assistant (Simple Duties)
• Location : Changi South
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2800 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Industrial Equipment Supplier

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Assist in cashflow planning, ensure accurate update of bank records and reconciliation
• Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
• Possess relevant certificate in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
