• Record all actions taken on ageing accounts in the weekly report for the CEO.
• Post all receipts into the Financial system and upload them into the shared drive.
• Prepare weekly analysis on ageing and collection.
• Reconcile all postings against receipts and monthly bank reconciliation.
• Handle Corporate Card charges.
• Provide schedule of payment received from customers to Sales.
• Prepare monthly statement of accounts and send to customers.
• Prepare forecasting on collection for Top 10 Hospitals, Clinics and Next Month.
• Serve as a back-up to the AP Executive when the person is on leave.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Finance Supervisor and CFO.

Job Responsibilities :

i) Accounts :

• Handling full set of trading accounts, including GL, preparing monthly financial statement & GST reporting;
• Update daily, monthly cash flow reports & various monthly analysis & miscellaneous report;
• Checking of sales invoices, payment related supporting documents of of company & subsidiaries;
• Perform inter-company transactions reconciliation;
• Handling of Petty cash & recording;
• Prepare year-end Audit & Tax schedules

ii) Admin :

• Assist in HR matters, handling staff leave records;
• Handle general office admin matters;
• Inter-office liaison and other correspondences, recording, distribution & filing;
• Co-ordinate & make travel arrangement for Director and staff;
• Any ad-hoc duty assigned by management.

Job Requirement :-

• Possess a Diploma / Degree (preferably in Business Studies / Accounting) with minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in SAGE (ACCPAC) system is an advantage;
• Dynamic, self-motivated, possess initiative and meticulous in work;
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and as a team player with positive attitude;
• Good command of English; Able to communicate in Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia in order to communicate with China & Indonesia team is an advantage;
• Results-oriented and be able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
