• Collaborate with the operations team to clear overdue items in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as non-allocated cash.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements related to settlements processes.
• Keep Settlements team Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation updated.
• Ensure trading standards are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Verify and ensure the correct tax treatment of invoices.

Requirements

• Possess minimum 2 years of Settlements experience preferably in the Commodity Industry
• At least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Candidates with knowledge of IMOS, Horizon and SUN system will have an added advantage
