RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle end-to-end work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.
Handle recruitment
Maintain accurate records of work pass statuses and related correspondence.
Manage employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Support performance review cycles, training coordination, and HR projects.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Proven experience in HR administration, including work pass applications.
Strong understanding of MOM regulations and Singapore employment laws.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
