Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the full sets of accounts of a given portfolio of client, including but not limited to preparation of annual financial statements and monthly management reports, completion of monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets and depreciation schedules, GST reporting, cash flow reporting and assisting in budgeting and forecasting
• Analysis financial information and ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions
• Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including CPF contribution, IR21 and AIS
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, auditors and tax agents on accounting and tax matters
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager

Job Specific Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related field, with recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CA)
• Min 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
• Computer proficiency in MS office/excel applications and accounting systems (MYOB/QuickBooks/XERO)
• Proactive and has a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Independent and can work well in a team
• Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Customer service oriented

• Manage full spectrum of accounts receivable and collection duties.
• Prepare inter-company billing and coordinate with external parties and clinic on billing matters.
• Supervise AR aging for prompt collection of overdue payments.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Oracle Netsuite and Microsoft Office.

• Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
• Prepare payment and submit to superior on time.
• Any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
• Possess adequate skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Able to meet a tight deadline.
