• Assist Finance Manager in handling the company’s daily financial transactions, including invoice verification and bill processing.
• Assist in full set accounts, cashflow statement, tax computation, budgeting & Forecasting
• Perform data entry and organize relevant financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Assist in performing financial analysis.
• Provide assistance in the preparation of audit required documents and materials to facilitate the audit process
• Monitoring bank account balances and reconciliation of bank statement.
• Assist in processing employee reimbursements and benefits applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Other ad-hoc financial projects and special tasks, provide support and assistance as needed.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related
• 1 to 3 years experience in handling or assisting in full set Accounts, Cashflow, Tax computation, Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Basic knowlege of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin speaking to work with chinese boss & associates
• 5 days Hybrid work (4 days office + 1 day work from home)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete or partial accounts (Accounts Payable)
• Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks
• Process payments related to supplier invoices and cheque issuance
• Ensure the accuracy of account codes and cost center allocations
• Review Accounts Receivable Aging report and investigate outstanding balances
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Prepare monthly statements and send reminders to customers
