• Review all repair estimates submitted by appointed depot/s;
• Coordinate cold-treatment reefer requirements, data requests and space requirement from principals for shipping of heavy damage containers;
• Analyze and review repair items and its related cost prior submission to principals for approval;
• Weekly heavy damage containers arrangement;
• 3rd Party recovery on damage containers;
• Coordinate reworking operations for live dry /RF container in PSA Terminal and subsequently reporting of each reworking to principals;
• Coordinate load & lash operations and patching with PSA Terminal & vendor;
• Arrange for survey of any damage/ off-hire empty dry container;
• Follow up with POL on the seal replacement documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply);
• 3 -5 years experience handling M&R for dry containers;
• Container management knowledge;
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Portnet;
• Organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Meticulous with an eye for details;
• Conflict management skills;
• Customer focused;
• Problem solving / analytical skills;
• Strong communication skills, including excellent command in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage physical shop
• Social media management of company website, content copywriting: articles, website, social media posts, emails, email marketing, reports and analytics
• Update images, update content, update links
• Provide customer service - chat support, responding to customer inquiries, answering questions about shop's products, responding to customer reviews
