• Position Title: Direct Sales Executives
• Working Location: KAKI BUKIT/ BUKIT BATOK
• Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri, 9 AM – 530 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission up to $6000 monthly
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Door to Door sales activities
• Answer questions and address objections to persuade prospects of the value of the company’s offerings.
• Document the outcome of daily activities, including sales made or interests declined, in a detailed mannner
• Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and ongoing promotions to communicate effectively to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed targets for sales activities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

Requirements

· At least a diploma in Business or Marketing

· At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry

· Self motivated with the drive to meet new doctors to the centres

· Result-driven, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
