Job Scope:

• To contribute to the distinctive ethos of the school, as laid down in its Mission statement in all areas of contact and responsibility, in relationships with staff and pupils.
• To support the HOD/ICT in the management of school based initiatives.
• To provide ICT Technical Support and assistance in the school.
• To support, research and recommend in the procurement of ICT or AV resources and infrastructure for the school.
• To manage user accounts of administrative portals for operations required by the school. within the constraints of appropriate security, following guidelines stipulated by MOE and the school. e.g. Apple School Manager, Mobile Device Management Portals, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Admin Portal, etc.
• To perform diagnostic service of computing and AV devices in school.
• To take charge of loans of school equipment, and manage insurance with relevant parties when defects arises during warranty period.
• To maintain and manage the periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment.
• To support stock-take of ICT assets and stores together with other members of IT Support Team.
• To man and support all ICT helpdesk requests. e.g. password resets, device loans, device troubleshooting, application installation/deletion and servicing requests.
• To perform recordings for events, lessons and competitions.
• To setup/support Audio Visual for events, assembly and meeting.
• To take charge of AV management and maintenance
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by P,VP,HOD/ICT and ICT Manager/Associate.

Requirements:

• Preferably possess Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent)

• Good communication skills, able to give advice on relevant ICT systems and policies

• Good team player who enjoys working with staff and students

• Proficient in the setup and operation Audio/Video systems and their relavent preventive maintenance, .

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth:Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for project-based and commercial furniture sales.
   Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporations, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
   
2. Business Development:Identify potential new business opportunities in the commercial furniture market (e.g., corporate offices, educational institutions, healthcare, and government sectors).
   Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activity.
   
3. Account Management:Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
   Provide tailored solutions to clients based on their needs, budgets, and timelines.
   
4. Project Management Support:Work with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of furniture solutions.
   Oversee post-sales activities, including installation, to ensure client satisfaction.
   
5. Presentation & Negotiation:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
   Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while maintaining profitability.
   

Qualifications

1. Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
   Alternatively, equivalent experience in furniture sales or a related industry.
   
2. Work Experience:3–5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in commercial furniture or office systems.
   Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
   Strong experience with project-based sales and working with B2B clients.
   
3. Skills:In-depth knowledge of commercial furniture products, solutions, and trends.
   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
   Ability to develop rapport with clients and stakeholders across multiple industries.
   Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
   Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
   

Preferred Attributes

• Existing network of architects, interior designers, and project managers in the commercial furniture industry.
