Key Responsibilities include:
Ā· WorkāÆwith senior management to identify and manageāÆworkāÆexperienceāÆmatters
Ā· Strategize on elements in theāÆworkplace that enable employees to collaborate, innovate andāÆworkāÆproductively
Ā· Plan, design and implement employeeāÆexperienceāÆimprovement, talent acquisition and talent retention programs
Ā· Plan, manage and implement in-house events to drive continuous improvements in staff morale and cohesiveness
Ā· Develop and implement heart-warmingāÆexperiences in the office, including coordination withāÆworkplace partners
Ā· Develop plans, technologies to drive active employee engagement on-premises in the office or virtually
Ā· Develop proper communication plans with employees to improve awareness of company events, initiatives, missions and culture
Ā· Manage onboarding and off-boardingāÆexperienceāÆof staff
Ā· Facilitate staff performance appraisals
Ā· Handle any staff feedback independently
Ā· In charge of Company Health Plan, onboard and disenrol employees, do regular review
Ā· Office admin duties including booking of air tickets, accommodation, ordering office stationery etc.
Ā· Other duties assigned by the management
