The Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence in SUSS is seeking a qualified research executive to support the study of “Development and Validation of a Platform Worker Occupational Well-being Indicator Tool”. The approach to this project will be through interviews, and surveys. • Order Processing: Oversee the order processing cycle from receipt of the order to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Work closely with Operations to understand bottlenecks and propose short and long-term fixes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and analytics to track performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes. Understand the customers’ needs in terms of reporting and align with IT teams to tailor the solution.
