Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

• Identify and prospect potential clients for catering services.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our catering offerings.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to create compelling proposals and presentations.

3. Event Planning and Coordination:

• Work closely with clients to understand their specific catering needs and preferences.
• Customize catering packages and menus to meet the unique requirements of each event.
• Plan and execute catering for events, ensuring all details are covered.
• Work with the culinary team to create customized menus.

4. Order Processing and Documentation:

• Prepare and process catering orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation, including contracts, invoices, and event details.
• Coordinate with the finance department for billing and payment processing.

5. Collaboration with Operations Team:

• Liaise with the catering operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Provide clear event details and preferences to ensure client expectations are met.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in catering sales, experience in catering is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.

REQUIREMENTS

· GCE N/O/A levels or equivalent

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (require to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
