Roles and Responsibilities

· Implementing Safety Policies: Assisting in the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and protocols to comply with relevant regulations and standards.

· Safety Inspections and Risk Assessment: Conducting regular inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents or injuries.

· Training and Education: Providing training sessions and workshops to employees on safety procedures, proper equipment handling, emergency response protocols, and the importance of adhering to safety guidelines.

· Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents, near misses, or safety-related incidents to determine the root causes, contributing factors, and proposing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

· Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable safety regulations, codes, and standards set by regulatory bodies.

· Emergency Preparedness: Assisting in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures to handle various workplace emergencies effectively.

· Safety Communication: Facilitating communication between management and employees regarding safety concerns, updates, and initiatives.

· Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Management: Ensuring availability, proper usage, and maintenance of personal protective equipment required for different tasks or job roles.

· Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining thorough records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions taken. Reporting any safety concerns to senior management and regulatory agencies as required.

Other Duties

· To perform other tasks as assigned by the management without hesitation.

· To provide cover duty for operational needs (medic / loss prevention) and be able to report for work during day off.

Qualifications and Other Requirements

· Diploma/WSQ in Workplace Safety & Health or Facility Management in building services. Workplace Safety & Health certification shall be from an approved and recognized training institute.

· Possess at least 2 years of safety related experience preferably in themed park environment.

· Display potential leadership and communication skills and able to write / generate reports for succession planning purposes.

· Must be able to exercise initiative, judgement and make sound technical decisions and able to apply regulations and procedures in any work situations.

· Computer knowledge – Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

· Good knowledge of local workplace safety & health legislation and practices.

· Knowledge in CPR, first-aid, operating of medical equipment not limited to AED, oxygen cylinder and workplace safety & health regulations.

· Risk management trained and experience with risk management processes and tools.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

· Certified Pool Operator (CPO) with understanding of pool and water chemistry, maintenance, and safety.

· Preferred with excellent guest service and hospitality skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the team to provide programme support for transnational couples, couples in early marrige or preparing for marriage. This include events planning and coordinating workshops that cater to the unique needs of transnational families and young couples aged between 18 to 24. Responsibilities include:

• Events planning and implementation based on client needs
• Provide administrative support for events and workshops
• Plan manpower roster for programme
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities

· Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for S P Jain’s Global range of corporate education programs in Singapore and other assigned regions as appropriate

· Expanding the corporate education client network in the designated regions

This position responsible for the organization’s overall IT infrastructure, operational management, and related projects that supports in daily operations. Models and acts in accordance with organisation’s guiding principles.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure that all IT Infrastructures, operations, and security services operate smoothly without interruption

• Deal with Tier 2/3 problem-solving in a timely efficient manner

• Availability for 24x7 standby on critical issues/incidents

• Maintain and administer IT Infrastructure Systems/Network, Cyber Security Services, clouds, and other off premises hosted environments.

• Improvise overall IT Infrastructure's services management, ensuring proactive monitoring & action plan are taken and implemented accordingly.

• Maintain IT Infrastructure Systems/Network inventory & lifecycle.

• Review and ensure Network/Systems is compliant with IT Security, including firewall management, vulnerability assessment, firmware upgrade, and etc.

• Involve in IT technical projects such as tech refresh and software upgrades.

• Plan and procure hardware and software including renewal of licenses.

• Create and maintain IT/policy documentation, including in-depth data flow documentations.

• Third level end user support in IT related matters

• Collaboration with other technical service teams to manage, maintain, and resolve complex IT services. For Critical or more complex issues, participates in collaboration with peers to resolve cross-domain infrastructure issues

• Perform server performance tuning, including monitoring servers and taking corrective action to maximize server uptime, including disk drive capacity within defined limits, network connectivity, virtualization, process monitoring, and control, memory utilization, performance, and hardware/software monitoring.

• Provide server security with respect to implementing security measures and designs to protect individual server hosts from unauthorized access.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

• 5 years of experience in a System/Network/IT Security role

• Able to handle

o Windows and Linux Server environment

o VMWare/server virtualization environments, VMware hosts, clusters, vCenter, vSAN, NSX-T networking & security

o cloud technology, particularly Microsoft 365, MS Azure, Google Cloud and/or AWS

o Antivirus, patch management, vulnerability assessment and management.

o Microsoft System Administration, including active directory, Azure AD, DNS, and etc.

o LAN,WAN,VLAN,SDWAN design, implementation, and operation is an added advantage

• Infrastructure IT services management in SLA management, proactive monitoring, mitigation action plans, preventive plan, change management, and other IT governance and processes.
