We are searching for hardworking and experienced administrative managers to manage operations in our chain of shops.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the shop(s) you are assigned to.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
• Front desk duties, including scheduling appointments.
• Assisting with maintaining the general cleaniness of the shop, including the front desk area and toilets.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work long hours, 6 days a week and on public holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Strong time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.

Job Description

· Asists to answer incoming phone calls and email regarding for sales enquiries

· Assists in generate of reports

· Any other general admin filing, ad hoc duties as assigned by superior .

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper accounting records
• Assist in issuing sales invoices and official receipt
• Track vouchers and maintain voucher tracking list
• General office administration.

• Minimum 1 years of related experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Google word,sheet.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing on-site construction activities, managing project costs, and ensuring the delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical and site issues.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Quantity Surveying:

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cost control.

• Measure and value construction work for progress claims and final accounts.

• Evaluate and prepare variations and extension of time claims.

• Manage procurement processes, including tender evaluations and material take-offs.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records, including site diaries, progress reports, and material records.

• Prepare and submit progress claims, invoices, and other contractual documents.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on project updates and requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.

• 6 years of experience in site supervision and quantity surveying, preferably in residential or landed housing projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Singapore.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and quantity surveying software.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
