Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative roles, with some exposure to HR, finance, and design or web-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and yearly closing in a timely, accurate and controlled manner.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions that include end-to-end process for Accounts Receivables and Payables, ensuring effective internal control and accountability practices are in place.

• Independently interface with project team members to review purchase requirements and specifications.
• Responsible for sourcing and identifying reliable sources of supply for materials and services of required quality and quantity to be delivered on time.

• Carry out price analysis and conduct purchase/contract negotiation with vendors/suppliers to ensure materials/services are acquired at most competitive pricing.
