The Virtual Care team manages various operational elements of DA’s online services as well as telemedicine.

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Executive, Virtual Care to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assisting the manager with the complete upkeep and management of the above associated services and operations. The ideal candidate should be meticulous and detail-oriented, have a mindset of continuous improvement and proactive collaboration, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity or change. This candidate should also possess a strong operational acumen, good clinical sense, be able to manage complex operational decisions and have a good command of the English language. This role is based in Tai Seng, Singapore and reports directly to the Manager, Virtual Care.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

● Ensure smooth operations across DA’s virtual care-related services

● Maintain and manage the online platform for DA goods and services, and improve user experience

● Update and optimize listings on the platform in a timely manner

● Perform in-depth inventory management and optimization

● Work with the customer service team to front enquiries and ensure service standards

● Assist the manager in operationally actualising revenue and optimising costs

● Assist the manager in operationalizing new online services, and streamline the transition of online to offline care

● Maintain comprehensive reports for tracking and optimization

● Analyze customer reviews and business data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance

● Work closely with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment across the company

● Collaborate with the internal marketing team for campaigns and programs

● Participate in process improvement initiatives and transformation projects to improve workflows and ensure efficient processes

● Where possible, provide clinical support and advice to relevant teams ● Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager

About you

● Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Operations, Business Administration, or any other relevant field

● Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in the digital healthcare space or any other relevant types of environment

● Clear understanding of local regulatory requirements

● Fluent in data management, data analysis, and basic market research ● Able to effectively engage with various types of internal and external stakeholders (including healthcare providers and technical experts) in a corporate environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day administrative work of the Facilities Management Department.
• Receive all incoming calls/ enquiries related to recruitment.
• Perform daily check on the technicians/cleaners’ attendance and overtime, and ensure that the attendance and overtime is captured and approved correctly and promptly.

The Information Technology Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations which includes the office and stores in Singapore. This entails being the first point of contact for all IT infrastructure-related escalations and also providing technical support to end users.

Key areas:

• Create and follow up tickets related to IT matters.
• Provide L1/L2 support for office & stores infrastructure and retail application and resolution of hardware and software issues related to end-user desktops/laptops, network connectivity and network resource access

Job Description

• Effective administration, design, planning, implementation, and review of all the Pastoral and Formation (P&F) programmes of ACMI.
• Ensure the quality performance and delivery of all P&F programmes by instituting a rigorous and timely feedback /review process of all offerings, that will inform the necessary improvement and intervention needs.
• Support the Executive Director and work with the Formation Coordinator in developing and driving the formation vision, strategy and workplan of the pastoral outreach to all migrants in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Tasks:

• Undertake administrative activities (administration, design, planning, implementation, and review) relating to the successful delivery and quality execution of all P&F programmes.
• Actively seek out and develop strategic partnerships with like-minded collaborators and service providers for ACMI’s programming needs.
• Liaise with parishes (priests, parish councils, ministry leaders) and migrant communities (chaplains, community, and religious leaders) on the development and growth of their migrant related ministries.
• Coordinate and work in a timely manner with all relevant ministries/departments/stakeholders as necessary for all P&F programmes.
• Design and implement a rigorous and reliable post-event feedback and quality review of all P&F programmes conducted.
• Keep and maintain proper, accurate and reliable records for all P&F related matters including but not limited to meetings, third party partnerships & collaborations, Service Agreements, programmes/offerings/events and all relevant feedback/quality reviews.
• Assist the Executive Director and work with the Formation Coordinator in any other strategic or operational work related to P&F.

Must be able to work on Sundays and odd/after hours.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum post-secondary qualification
