We are seeking a full-time Admin/HR Manager with at least 1 year of experience in administrative and human resources roles. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities, including advancement to Assistant Centre Manager and involvement in the expansion of TutorJohn Learning Centre.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the centre.

- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Coordinate with tutors and staff to ensure smooth running of the centre.

- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic initiatives as part of the centre’s expansion efforts.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and HR roles.

- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
