• Assist in the reconciliation of any stock discrepancies and rectify the discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly and yearly stock takes to ensure accurate inventory in the warehouse.
• Assist to identify and resolve any issues within the inventory management and processes.
• Ensure company’s inventory documentation (stock out or stock return) are well in place/ follow up on any missing documentation.
• Update and maintain list of product item codes in company’s order system.
• Scheduling deliveries or pick up of goods and coordinating the use of third-party delivery services for overseas orders or delivery requirement.
• Perform other ad-hoc admin duties or assignment when required.

About the Job

The Graduate Studies office is responsible for the governance and development of the University’s graduate programmes, which include Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, Master's Degrees and Doctoral Degrees. In addition, the office manages admissions and recruitment of graduate students, working in close collaboration with the Schools and various academic and administrative units across the University.
