The Programme Executive conducts programmes to suit the needs of service users in CampusImpact and coordinates these programmes. He/She identifies areas of improvements in these programmes, implements quality control and compliance measures and develops information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers. The Programme Executive plans the volunteer manpower roster for each programme and guides volunteers in executing programme activities. He/She coordinates with other organisations to execute programmes, manages communications and feedback from stakeholders and conducts outreach activities to other organisations and the community.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Conduct programmes based on client needs and facilitate sessions to provide SEL lessons to impart values and lifeskills to service users aged 7 - 14 years old

2. Conduct periodic needs and outcome assessment to evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of our programmes and identify areas of improvements in programmes, and provide updates to the supervisor

3. Implement quality control and compliance procedures, particularly for the physical and psychological safety of our service users, many of whom are young children

4. Manage referrals from community partners, conduct intake sessions/family sessions and maintain daily records on progress of clients

5. Orientate new service users to the programme

6. Plan the volunteer manpower roster for programmes and guide volunteers in executing programme activities by providing briefings, debriefs, and providing support during programmes

7. Develop information materials for distribution to service users and volunteers

8. Coordinate with other organisations for execution of programmes

9. Support development of community outreach plan to other organisations and the community

10. Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders

11. Conduct outreach activities to our target service user group, other organisations and the community

12. Provide follow-up with service users via home visits if necessary

13. Assist with data collection for evaluation of the programme and compile reports on the programme's outcomes

14. Provide internal referrals to CampusImpact's counselling/Art Therapy/Play Therapy services to further support the service user

15. Manage service users' transition out of the organisation when they withdraw from the programme

16. Perform any other administrative duties or logistical support as required

We are looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Executive to drive sales and manage online operations within the pet trade industry across platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, Redmart, Lazada and NTUC. The role focuses on managing sales strategies, enhancing customer experience, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. You will also support livestreaming initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

• Implement sales strategies to optimize product listings and drive revenue on Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, Redmart, Lazada and NTUC.
• Monitor performance metrics and run promotions to enhance visibility and sales.
• Identify growth opportunities through platform partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Customer Experience & Fulfillment:

• Ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction through smooth processing, delivery, and returns.
• Support the development and execution of customer retention programs.

Support Digital Marketing Campaigns:

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and track the performance of campaigns, working with the marketing team to optimize them for higher conversion rates and ROI.

Website & Marketing:

• Assist in managing the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and track performance to optimize results.

Social Media & Content:

• Coordinate social media content and campaigns to boost brand visibility and traffic.
• Analyze and report on social media engagement and content effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide insights and support strategy improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on sales data, customer trends, campaign outcomes, website traffic, and conversion metrics to track e-commerce performance.

Livestreaming & Content Engagement:

• Assist in planning and participating in livestreaming sessions to promote products and engage customers.
• Track livestream performance and work with the team to optimize future sessions.

Competitor & Market Research:

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and new strategies.
• Assist with market research to stay ahead of the competition and adapt e-commerce strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, inventory, customer service) to execute e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce operations and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Skills & Competencies:
• -Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Shopify).

Order Processing

Orders / Goods Returns Processing

• Process Purchase Orders from customer’s portal, email, fax, WhatsApp & phone call
• Sync orders from salesperson's devices for General Trade customers
• Generate Summary Picking list and forward to Warehouse
• Generate Delivery Order (DO) for Delivery / Collection on Samples, ECR Pallets etc.
• Generate Goods Return note (GRN) for all Trade Customers

Administrative

• Generate customers Statement of Accounts (SOA) and send to customers via email, fax and print out hard copy for Salesman
• Creation of New Customer Account, Update Customer Status and Account Closures in the system
• Scan & Email all customers Purchase Order received to Brand Managers
• Printing of Carton / Product Barcode labels
• Any other office admin duties as assigned by Management

Operation & Delivery

• Answer incoming calls and attending customer complaints and enquiries.
• Attending door step queries and receiving of incoming Parcel and Guest
• Generate Daily Delivery Summary report
• Booking of truck from transporter for delivery
• Booking of Delivery schedule (Online) & Loading Bay reservation for JEM, Jewel, MBS etc
• Assist driver on issues encounter during the delivery
• Coordinate with Warehouse staff on inventory status and amend the invoice accordingly
• Goods on out-of-stock status, update customers upon order received via email / call and salesman via WhatsApp in the group chat
