Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Plan and maintain a calendar of events for Service Ops.
• Develop and maintain key messaging on ‘Incredible Care’ initiatives for senior management, and oversee the production of service collaterals to ensure consistency in message across departments within Service Ops
• Oversee internal communication channels, such as the hospital intranet, internet, digital displays and other communication materials.
• Custodian of Service Ops Corporate Identity.
• Custodian of and content development for of service-related write-up on internet and intranet pages
• Participate in initiatives
• Craft and highlight success service stories on hospital channels, including submission for internal and external service-related awards to foster a sense of pride and belonging.
• Identify success measurement matrix for communication efforts and evaluate the success through staff feedback, surveys, and key performance indicators, refining strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within the healthcare sector or a tertiary hospital.
• Proven ability to lead employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a keen understanding of healthcare communication nuances.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare excellence and employee engagement.
• Strong collaborator who can build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative approach to solving communication challenges in a complex organisation.
