This is a Senior Account Manager role in a team of experienced professionals developing, delivering and winning high impact opportunities for Visa. Responsible for a portfolio of regional clients in Cybersource, potential engagements could include portfolio management diagnostics, authorization optimization strategies, assessments of digital product and marketing programs, development of new products with implementation roadmaps, optimizing client customer servicing processes and contract negotiation. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will deliver strategic thought leadership and a consultative approach to service our leading regional Acquirer and merchant clients. The incumbent must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with clients and across the Visa organization.

Specific responsibilities include

• Proactively engage with key regional clients and Visa leadership in regular strategic and planning discussions
• Cultivate, manage and service strategic market leading regional accounts
• Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges

Job Purpose

This position provides critical support to the Total Rewards team to ensure smooth processing and administering of Ralph Lauren’s Total Rewards programs & initiatives in Singapore & Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia
• Handle payroll processes for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
• Work with payroll vendor, regional and business partners to process monthly payroll, statutory claims, pension administration, foreign employee tax clearance and annual tax filing
• Responsible for sales commission calculations and incentive consolidation for eligible employees
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks specific to Singapore and Malaysia
• Support market research and salary surveys to help benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards in both countries
• Assist in the annual salary review and bonus processes for both countries
• Perform regular audits of payroll and commission calculations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and commission-related matters
• Support implementation of regional & global total rewards initiatives

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources or equivalent
