• Oversee inventory procedures

• Oversee SLOC management

• Top Up Spine Sets

• Maintain trackers & Follow SOP

• Perform write off for SLOC management on monthly basis

• Follow up and monitor pending GRN

• Responsible for open GRN to avoid write off during quarter/financial year end

• SPOC for issues related to warehousing and transportation

• Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)

• Track KPIs for Warehouse & transportation

• Support Billing

• Support Ad Hoc work during Weekend

Job Responsibilities

• Manage drivers and planning the daily schedule
• Coordinate the delivery of festive gifts including wines
• Assist in the travel arrangements and accommodation for business associates
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Private Secretarial qualification/ GCE “A”/ “O” level
• Minimum 3 years of administrative/ secretarial support work experience
• Possess professional ethics and carry out all duties with complete discretion and a high standard of confidentiality
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised, ability to work independently and possess initiative
• Meticulous and able to work under a fast-paced environment

The Job:

• Classroom support and logistics including preparation of class attendance list, AV set up
• Programme logistics such as booking of rooms, transportation, catering for events
• Process and maintain all procurement matters, including small value purchases and invitations to quote
• Student activities
• Invigilation, cross-checking of marks
• Fault reporting as required
• Any other tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Able to work independently and problem solve
