Beauty Advisor Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
• Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and plaining how the products work.
• Responding to customer questions and complaints.
• Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Planning and taking part in store events.
• Designing and maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory.
• Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails.
• Hand on service to customers , facial , Body therapy with or with equipment like : MIR , CPL , Oxygen equipment and other all equipment in outlet.

Beauty Advisor Requirements:

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
• A passion for the beauty industry.
• Experience in sales, retail, or related field may be preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• A friendly personality and professional appearance.

Job Description

• To handle for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables functions.

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in accounting software.

• Prepare month end closing and do bank reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• To validate Vendor invoices and posting invoices, process payments, claims and petty cash

• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and accounts.

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant

• At least 3 years of accounts working experience

• Good Communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.

• Able to commit 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday half day)

1. Support and manage cadet documentation on the Training Management System.
2. Prepare rosters in accordance with each projected training program. Input Instructor and Cadet details into the TMS training forms for each Lesson Plan. Monitor and track the daily roster and effect changes where necessary. Communicate such changes to the relevant simulator instructors, airline sponsors, instructors, and cadets, where appropriate.
3. Assist to make recommendations for changes/proposals related to any roster program SFC currently have or intend to incorporate.
4. Assist to plan the Simulator, and , through the different phases of the MPL Program. Ensure the timely booking of Simulator and Instructor slots preparing Purchase Orders to reflect these requirements.
5. Provide ad-hoc support to the training management team
6. Other duties as assigned by Head Scheduling and Planning.
