• Must possess WSQ Conduct Food & Beverage Hygiene Audit, Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate, HACCAP Certification.
• 2 years of working experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

The Job:

• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
• Work closely with other administrative staff to support overall office functions
• Welcome all visitors warmly and professionally as they arrive
• Coordinate and administer on employee perks such as long service award, gift basket, new born, birthday celebration email to staff
• Coordinate and raise HR-related vendor quotes, POs and payments as needed

The Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification with min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• 1 to 2 yrs of HR experience
• Good commincation and interpersonal skills
