A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The Procurement Executive is responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors. Responsibilities

The Assistant Executive will provide assistance to the Executive Director (ED) and support to the Administration Team in the day-to-day management of co11ab’s operations as directed by the ED. About the role

Reporting to the VP of Ocean team, and as part of the Trade Performance Centre (TPC) team, this role will manage allocation on trade lanes as negotiated, while also liaising with carriers and other TPC teams to monitor overall performance.

What you will be doing

Allocation Management

• Allocation Management on different Trade Lanes according to the agreements negotiated by the MO procurement team with the shipping companies for all FAK/NVOCC/NAC BASKET/NAC contracts
