Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Corporate Fleet on day-to-day functions eg. registration/de-registration of corporate vehicles, follow up on renewal of fleet cards and credit card expiry date, blacklisting requests and tracking of refunds etc.
• Manage incoming phone calls and identify customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate and complete information by using the Power BI system, Corporate APP portal
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with corporate customer accounts.
• Manage and address any corporate customer complaints or an issue with product or service by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, to ensure the request from corporate customers are managed and delivered on time
• Generate reports for reconciliation purposes for corporates customers
• Generate reports for senior management eg. monthly reports to MAS
• Follow up on bad debt collection from corporate customers
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Summary

This role responsible for inventory management and inventory control in Accounting System and Warehouse.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Company’s inventory management and maintenance.

2. Responsible for monitoring stock movements and maintenance at third party locations.

3. Responsible for managing the physical loading, unloading, storage of inventory and picking / packing when required.

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

8. Responsible for periodic stock taking, updating and reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Ensure proper co-ordination and communication with teams across all Company locations.

10. Responsible for timely identification of inventory variances, reporting and maintenance of records for variances.

11. Responsible for introducing appropriate procedures for control lapse if any.

12. Responsible for daily & monthly MIS reports to the stakeholders on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

14. Additional duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

The Role

The Head of Strategic Accounts APAC is a critical sales leadership role with continued responsibility for the APAC team for Fastmarkets across mid-tier accounts and customers.

The right candidate will have a track record in developing, coaching and training teams of account managers to deliver against specific goals and KPI’s relevant to their sales tier. This senior position will support our customer strategies and go-market approach throughout APAC whilst also acting as a day-to-day go-to leader for all Account Managers in the region.

Principal Accountabilities

As the Head of Strategic Accounts, you will be accountable for delivery in the following areas;

• Full ownership and accountability for the development and growth of your Fastmarkets Strategic Accounts
• Understanding and continued support of long-term price adoption across the respective commodity portfolio
• Work with sales enablement to deliver a challenger-based sales process that underpins the growth strategy
• Identification and mitigation to key risks to ensure protection of your Strategic account book
• Weekly, monthly and annual forecasting with 95%+ levels of accuracy
• Hiring, development and retention of a large, global and diverse sales team
• Responsible for sales training of the team, expected to develop high potential sales staff in other areas of the business to ensure a pipeline of future Strategic Account Managers
• Working directly with Customer Success to drive continued adoption of Fastmarkets pricing and embedding of Fastmarkets data in customer workflow
• Work directly with Sales Operations to ensure the team is run by an accurate data driven approach to sales performance
• Full and seamless integration of new acquisitions into the Fastmarkets Strategic Accounts Team
• Working directly with other sales managers to upskill their teams and help top sales talent progress into the Global Account Teams.

Who you are:
