• Lead a team of Sales Representatives, Sales Promoters, and Key Account Managers to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
• Support Key Accounts in developing Joint Business Plans (JBP) and executing them to meet key goals.
• Implement and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
• Manage budgets and maximize ROI through strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute impactful sales activities and promotions, enhancing product visibility and consumer engagement.
• Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit targets, as well as managing A&P expenses.
• Understand market and consumer demands, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Build strong client relationships to remain top-of-mind for new initiatives.
• Lead customer negotiations regarding commercial strategies.
• Inspire and guide the sales team toward success.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Finance and Operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with a preference for experience in the e-commerce channel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented with a strong business acumen, passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently, with a goal-oriented, organized, and team-focused approach.
• Experience in managing sales merchandisers or representatives is a plus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Managing, training, and evaluating accounts payable staff members.
• In charge of data validation, and processing of invoices to vendors and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial and client records.
• Compile, analyze, and report financial information to management and clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with staff, clients and vendors.
• Ensures that systems, policies, controls and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
• Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy / Accounting / Banking & Finance, Business Management or related fields
• Min. 1-2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role
• Knowledge and prior experience of SAP would be an added advantage
