Your new role:

You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, credit/debit notes, and statements of accounts. You will manage both accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including overseeing AR collections and AP payments. You will perform monthly AR and AP reconciliations as well as to check and verify staff claims. You will also provide support to the Finance Manager in the monthly and yearly account closing process, filing various documentations, ensuring that all records are organized and easily accessible for future reference.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Experience in petrochemical / energy industry would be a valuable asset.

• A proactive individual who can plan, organize, and take the initiative to achieve job objectives while meeting tight deadlines.

Job Description

IT Works:

• Responsible for maintenance of IT infrastructure. Coordinate and implement new systems to expand existing infrastructure
• Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading
• Manage computer networks and related computing environments on systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.
• Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
• Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.

• Company vehicle arrangement.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at leastDiploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2~3 years experience in IT help desk support.
• Familiar with TCP/IP network , knowledge in routing and switching, firewall and wireless network , ability to analyze and trobule shooting.
• Handle installation and configuration of WINDOWS/LINUX/MAC systems and solve daily problems
• Familiar with hardware fault diagnosis, have software and hardware trobule shooting skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise with staff.
