Job Responsibilities:
Employer Engagement:
- Respond promptly to employer inquiries through email, phone, or in-person consultations.
- Understand employer needs and recommend suitable domestic worker profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between employers and shortlisted candidates.
Application & Documentation Management:
- Manage end-to-end documentation to ensure timely placement of confirmed applicants.
Review domestic worker applications, conduct interviews, and create comprehensive biodata for the company database.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the company database.
Coordination:
- Liaise with partner agencies in the Philippines and the runner team to ensure seamless execution of activities.
- Oversee the processing of documents for the Philippines Embassy.
Administrative Support:
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Support weekend operations as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is preferred. Candidates without CEI must be willing to complete it within 2–4 weeks of joining.
