Job Description:

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Holds a related degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter.
• Able to work well in teams and indepenedently
• Experience in doing rebar bending scheduling
• Willing to work in Site Office environment

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist on Monitoring and update MOM Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS)
• Managing staff matters – such as staff Medical Bills Claim, compassionate events, travelling Claims, etc
• Perform daily accounting duties which include data entries into the accounting system.
• Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage Staff claim and Overtime claim preparation.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings & shop drawings based on given specifications for submission.
• Prepare drafting and preliminary layout according to client’s requirements within timeline.
• Perform design modifications from drawings as and when needed.
• Verify completed job tasks, check dimensions and determine materials
• Work closely with the Project Team for site measurement/ assessment when required.
• To work closely with other subcontractors and trade specialists when required.
• Systematically manage hard copy & soft copy of the as-built drawings including filing, storage & retrieval of the drawings.
• Demonstrate attention to detail by verifying and calculating materials' dimensions and usage accurately.
• Report and monitor work progress effectively, ensuring tasks are completed within the assigned timelines.
• Update daily work progress promptly in the system to maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in construction industry
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other relevant M&E design tools
• Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture
• Must be able to speak English fluently
