• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation are accurate and up to date
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and maintain communication regarding HR policies
• Help in the work pass applications, cancellations, renewals and appeals for foreign workers

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
• Organize and maintain OCR, finance documents and invoices
• Maintain accounting software records in a timely manner
• Assist in ensuring expense records are correct
• Support other administrative tasks as required by the management team

• Assist in all the daily administrative work include compile, verify and filing of Deliver Order/Tax invoices, Logistic planning and etc.
• Handling the HR related matters, staff claims, etc.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
• Overall responsible for the efficient operations and cleanliness of workplace

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Diploma in Administrative/Accounting
• Self-Motivation
• Computer Skill - Microsoft office
• Min 1 year working experience

• Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on appropriate job portals.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and select candidates to meet the company’s workforce requirements.
• Prepare and maintain records of all business activities, including employee biodata, organizational charts, contracts, employee records, and client data.
• Coordinate and arrange training courses for officers in collaboration with Operations and clients.
• Assist in managing daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth functioning.
• Help implement new policies and procedures aimed at improving operations.
• Develop and implement operational and recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints from officers and customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignments related to HR and operations management as needed.
• Provide support to the HR and Operations Head whenever required.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, driven, and willing to take on new challenges
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Familiar with tracking systems and databases (Timesoft).
