The executive is responsible for sourcing and engaging potential partners and donors for the non-profit organization, managing charitable donations, fundraising campaigns, and donor outreach. The Challenges

Fundraising & Donor Engagement Responsibilities:

• Manage donor relationships by setting up structured engagement processes and maintaining donor databases.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising activities, including planning and executing campaigns such as charity carnivals, flag days, charity dinners, online initiatives, and other events.
• Prepare donor letters and promotional materials for fundraising campaigns.

• Manage communication with members, review applications, and maintain an accurate membership database.
• Develop and enhance member benefits and services to add value to the membership experience.
• Plan logistics and support the organization’s Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EOGM).
• Organize and coordinate membership events, including managing registrations and fee collections.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador at The 1872 Clipper Tea Co., you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing our brand values with pride.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages
- Handle cashier and order-taking duties
- Engage customers, answer queries, and provide feedback
- Maintain daily housekeeping, cleanliness, and product display
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

Requirements:

• F&B or bubble tea experience preferred

• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin as needed to deal with Chinese customers

• Enjoys being around people with a warm personality

• Detail oriented and organised

• Highly motivated team player, self-starter and willing to learn

• Applicants with Basic Food Hygiene license will have an advantage

Compensation

Full time – salary ranges from $2,200 to $2,600 plus good commission

Job description:

• Greeting patients, speaking with them about their concerns, and seating them in the treatment area
• Setting up the treatment area, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available
• Passing instruments to the dentist during procedures, suctioning fluids, and taking X-rays
• Performing office and administration tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing dental supplies
• Sterilizing rooms, equipment, and instruments
• Taking dental impressions of teeth for study models
• Recording treatment rendered in the patient record
• Placing rubber dams and clamps for restorative and endodontic procedure

Working hours:

Mon & Fri - 12pm - 9.45pm

Tues, Wed, Sat - 8.30-6.15pm
