We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Events Executive to plan, organize, and execute marketing events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event coordination, marketing strategies, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end marketing events and campaigns.
• Manage all event logistics, including manpower, transportation, catering, equipment, and contingency planning, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate event setup, schedules, and on-site operations, including providing support for product demonstrations and sales during events.
• Maintain inventory of event materials, products, and accessories, ensuring proper storage and availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, organizers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful event planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery and produce post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.
