• Support the Sales team with client site visits and walkthroughs.

1. Support administrative functions required by various departments
2. Tasks include filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, document reconciliation, shredding of documents, housekeeping, data entry

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Working hours:

Mon - Fri 8:30-13:00 or Mon - Fri 13:00 - 17:30

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general admin support to Central Kitchen daily operation
• Coordinate work with Outlets and Central Kitchen
• Use WMS system to perform picking , receiving , and stock take
• Keying daily invoice
• Maintain proper filing
• Stock-take

Job Requirements:
• Positive working attitude
• PC literate
• Independent and able to work in a team
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• $11 per hour
• Working location: Pasir Ris
• Period: 27, 28, 31st Jan 2025
• Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Training will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in visitors, vendors, interviewees
• In charge of Phone call
• Manage overseas & local courier service
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

• No experience needed as training will be provided
