This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). To ensure that all systems are in good functioning condition. If any repair or replacement are required, source for quotations and coordinate with the various stakeholders for the work to be carried out.

Key Responsibilities

• Work together with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements.
• Planning and overseeing events, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinating logistics matters with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, including catering, transportation, and audio-visual arrangements.
• Supervising venue selection, reservation, and preparation.
• Handling event registrations, guest lists, and communication with attendees.
• Ensuring adherence to safety, legal, and insurance regulations.
• Resolving issues that arise during events and making immediate decisions.
• Conducting post-event reviews to collect feedback and facilitate ongoing improvement.

• At least 1-2 years’ experience with event budgeting and cost management.

Full time driver

Island wide delivery

Physically fit and able to carry heavy goods.

Min 1year experience as driving driver

Able to start work immediately

Pref residents in East of Singapore

Requirement :

Need to pick up and send back 1 senior staff (pick up 8.15am / send back after 5pm) at Serangoon North daily so the person should ideally live nearby and can drive the lorry to/from his home daily (parking costs not included).

Need to have class 3 manual driving license and forklift license.

Salary range $2,300 - $2,900 depending on his experience and working attitude/aptitude/any other skills (eg electrical/plumbing (technical skills)

Working location : Bedok/Chai Chee

Working Hours : Mon to Fri (8.00 am to 5.00pm) & Sat (8.00am to 3.00pm)
