• Manage and maintain inventories of office supplies such as stationery, printer consumables (including maintenance), and other office materials.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Nitec in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in finance/accounting position (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore. The candidate need to be detailed oriented and meticulous with his/her works. The role also involves working closely with the team - provide feedback when necessary, production, installation, deployment and photo report to support the team.

Responsiblities

• Responsible for partial set of accounts including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Prepare month-end closing journal entries and balance sheet schedules and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into the accounting system.
• Assist with monthly reporting, budget and audit.
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.
• Assist in the review of internal control procedures to improve accounting processes.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in accounting (eg. LCCI, CAT).
• At least 3 years of working experience in the accounting field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.

You will also provide support to the Finance Manager in the monthly and yearly account closing process, filing various documentations, ensuring that all records are organized and easily accessible for future reference.

• Experience in petrochemical / energy industry would be a valuable asset.
