The Role

• To ensure current and new property leases including subleasing and concessionaires are managed in a sustainable format and aligned with company budgetary objectives by;
  - Site/tenant sourcing
  - Lease negotiations
  - Lease documentation
  - Networking with partners including but not limited to landlords, real estate agents and other strategic partners
• To ensure annual store opening and occupancy targets are met
• To liaise and maintain business relationships with landlords and tenants
• To work with SG 7-Eleven business unit to understand and translate their real estate requirements into actual working requirements
• Work with admin executive to ensure leases and all real estate related documentation, including and not limited to leasing are kept updated and in line with company policy
• Play an active business partnering role by providing property insights through the coordination with Group Property Insights and SG 7-Eleven team.
• Work with SG Convenience Finance completion of financial feasibility analysis for new sites, lease renewals and store refurbishment projects.
• Act as a mediator/communication channel between internal stakeholders and landlords/agents and other government agencies.
• Proactively participate in discussions for new business initiatives through provision of advice/opinion from property’s POV.
• Assist in authorities’ licences application for stores’ operations.

About You

• Degree in Real Estate, Business Admin preferred
• 3-5 years working experience preferred in a similar or related field
• Expertise in Excel, Powerpoint applications
• Familiarity with investment and financial concepts e.g. NPV, IRR, ROI
• Ability to think out of the box to extract data and information desirable
• Presentation skills required as the role would involve meeting with senior management

The Job

• Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales.
• Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators.
• Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
• Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates.
• Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts.
• Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements.
• Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred.
• A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry.
• Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears.
• Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn.
• Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)

You will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to various clinical services in Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and the department. You will engage in effective office management such as maintaining and monitoring office equipment assets, ensuring proper documentation of purchases and timely submission of invoices and claims.

You will ensure the smooth running of clinical service and operations through coordinating manpower-related activities and providing administrative support for new staff hiring activities. In addition, you will support processes required to comply with SCH policies and regulatory bodies. You will also help to coordinate and provide logistics support for staff education activities.

Job Requirement

• Diploma with 2 years’ experience; or
• Higher NITEC / NITEC/ GCE N / O / A Level + 8 years’ experience
• Good writing skills, meticulous and organised.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and supervise junior clerical staff.
• Experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Conceptualizing and implementing marketing plans and outreach strategies to F&B Markets
• To achieve monthly sales budget and developes strategies to meet annual sales
• Evaluate marketing sales programs' effectiveness and make changes as necessary to constantly improve ROI
• Organise and administer pre and post sales event evaluations
• Review and make recommendations on improvements to sales strategy.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and proven track record of developing and executing individual promotions.
• Sound knowledge of sales experience related to F&B sales preferable
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Create leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Identify potential clients and present the products/services according to their needs and requirements.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and issues, and take corrective actions.
• Always display excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience preferably in Corporate Gifts.
• Sales driven with good presentation and negotiation skills.
