• Handle various administrative tasks, including creating item codes, managing corporate emails, preparing documents for tenders, filling, documentation.
• Prepare a list of addition/omission for big project
• Prepare payment requisition form upon request by sales representatives
• Prepare T Loan agreement/application form for seeking director’s approval & send to customer for signature & arrange delivery/collection
• Cover for absent sales support members and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:
