• Assist with scheduling and tracking project deadlines and liaising with other departments to meet project requirements.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably in an engineering or construction firm.

• Must be able to handle Accounts payable and Accounts Receiveable.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Xero software is a strong advantage.

• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To perform and manage Accounts functions (eg. Tracking of transactions, AP, AR, GST submission & etc) and General Administrative duties (eg. data entry, clerical duties & etc)
• Prepare documentations (eg. billings/invoices, SOA & etc)
• Knowledge and able to handle Basic Accounting
• Liaising with clients and vendors when required
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
