You will manage all the non-clinical tasks of the Dialysis Centres (DCs) that are assigned to you. You will resolve operational challenges at the DC, ensuring delivery of consistently high service standards to patients. Guide a group of Senior Officer/Officer (Deputy Executive) and monitor their performance of their assigned responsibilities.

Managing of Operational Related Matters

Events Management

• Coordinate with internal departments (DVM, CCO, ComCare and Allied Health) to ensure programmes and events planned for the DC is being carried out smoothly.

Asset and Equipment Management

• Responsible for the yearly asset verification exercise.
• Responsible for the dialysis chairs/medical fridge maintenance and repair.
• Work closely with BME to ensure that all medical equipment in the DC are fully functioning.

Others

• Implement foundation policies & initiatives at the DCs.
• Work closely with the Nursing Zone Lead, nurse manager, Infection Control team and other supporting departments to deliver high healthcare standards.
• Collating of data for project, drafting of administrative papers and coordinating meetings and events and prepare presentations.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties on operational issues.
• Participate in foundation and/or functional group, DC activities.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

• Possess a Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experiences
