Job Scope

• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, handle shipment activations and cross trade shipments.
• Coordinate with customers for their incoming, outgoing and cross-trade shipments.
• Coordinate with Overseas Agent for shipment activities.
• Understand import and export process.
• To complete all required documentations on time.
• To provide assistance with sales and marketing activities as required.
• Handle customer's issues, take appropriate action and / or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer issues.
• Ensure accurate data entry in reports.
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Studies or equivalent
• 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience in related industry

Key Responsibilities:

Media Monitoring:

• Part of the daily media monitoring team.
• Solely manage media monitoring responsibilities on select occasions.

Sustainability Reporting:

• Assist in the production and distribution of the company’s sustainability report.
• Support data collection and readership analysis.

Internal Branding & Sustainability Campaigns:

• Contribute to campaign planning and production.
• Help with data collection and analysis for improved outcomes.

Brand Monitoring & Initiatives:

• Provide support in monitoring and implementing branding initiatives.

Corporate E-Newsletter:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information.
• Write, edit, and assist in the production of the company’s quarterly e-newsletter.

Communication Channels & Materials:

• Create and maintain content for the company’s website, corporate deck, social media platforms, and corporate messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with a flair for versatile writing styles.
• A creative and resourceful individual with plenty of energy and a self-starter mindset.
• A team player and independent worker capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and a perfectionist approach to work.
• Proficiency in communication tools, content creation and management systems, analytics software, and digital/social platforms.
• Flexibility with working hours as required.

• Responsible for daily applications check and monthly grant disbursements for various national schemes to ensure timely and accurate payouts
• Detect data anomaly, manage system issues and follow up on resolution
• Ensure compliance and update of the Operational Framework and Implementation document to support a robust grant governance
• Manage budget and monitor funds movement of various national schemes
• Support internal and external audit compliances
• Support continuous processes and operation enhancement through digitalization
• Perform in-depth analysis of data for various business domains to drive business decisions

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or Statistics, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in finance and/or audit areas
• Committed, meticulous, team player with good communication skills
• High integrity, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with voluminous transactions
