• Generating of invoices, payment vouchers and other related documents.
• Ensure neat and tidy book keeping.
• Assist with issuance of wages to workers and breaking down into the appropriate monetary denominations.
• Fulfil any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Superior/ Management.
• Reimbursement to employees / Petty cash.
• Generate weekly reports for Management review. (Progress Claim status, WIP and Accounts Receivable)
• Handle GST quarterly report and filing, Form C-S/C submission.
• Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Oversees Logistics and Human Resource

• ACCA/ Degree in Accounting, Finance or it's equivalent
• Minimum 4 -5 years of experience
• Handling full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards.
• Generate ledger balances for reporting purposes.
• Oversee month-end closing processes and prepare quarterly financial reports for management.
• Handle tax and GST submissions.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audits
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills
• Experience in SAP software would be an added advantage

Job Description:

• Perform full set accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and audit schedules
• Review invoices posting and process payments
• Intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Review staff claims to ensure it is accurate and supported before payment is made
• Cashflow monitoring
• Handle fixed assets, addition, disposal, and depreciation
• Prepare corporate tax, liaise with tax agent on the tax filing
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
• Liaise with external auditors on annual audit and attend to queries/requirements
• Analysing financial information and presenting findings
• Handle other ad-hoc financial and accounting tasks as and when required

Job Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting role for account executive.
• Proven ability to manage full sets of accounts effectively
• Experience with consolidation processes and audit is an advantage
• Proficient in accounting software such as MYOB and Clinic Assist Software is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Handle transactions for client companies
• Execute the full spectrum of our clients’ accounting, payroll, financial statements and related work
• Compile and submit GST
• Provide excellent client services and ensure various timelines are met
• Handle other assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Accounting degree/diploma or professional qualification in accountancy or equivalent
• Those with practical experience or pursuing an ACCA course are also welcome.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an accounting services or corporate services firm
• About to write and speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Experience with Quickbooks is an advantage
• Good work ethic with passion for improvements
• Eager to learn and able to work independently under pressure
• Positive attitude, meticulous and someone with initiative
