This is a Business Development Executive role, for which you will provide leadership and direction to a group of team members. Be responsible for driving sales, team management, inventory control, sales promotions and delivering quality customer service.

Job Scope

• Manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work independently to manage the store and a small team
• Demonstrate initiative and thinking on one's feet to resolve retail related matters
• Comfortable with working with small jewellery bits and jewellery tools and machinery
• Ensure retail team is well trained and updated regularly on product/SOP changes
• Good eye for jewellery and fashion to offer suggestions to customers
• Able to work 5 days a week (including one weekend). Minimum commitment of 6 months.
