Key Responsibilities

• Independently create CNC programs, utilizing advanced programming skills to develop efficient machining operations. Experience in CNC programming is a significant added advantage.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of cutting tools, including selecting and applying the right tools for specific materials and machining processes.
• Demonstrate expertise in determining and setting the appropriate cutting speeds for a variety of materials to optimize machining performance and tool life.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality output.
• Experience with surface grinding operations is a plus, contributing to the overall versatility and capability of the machining process.
• Handle a wide range of materials for fabrication, including plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, and stainless steel, understanding their unique machining requirements.

Requirement :

Need to pick up and send back 1 senior staff (pick up 8.15am / send back after 5pm) at Serangoon North daily so the person should ideally live nearby and can drive the lorry to/from his home daily (parking costs not included).

Need to have class 3 manual driving license and forklift license.

Salary range $2,300 - $2,900 depending on his experience and working attitude/aptitude/any other skills (eg electrical/plumbing (technical skills)

Working location : Bedok/Chai Chee

Working Hours : Mon to Fri (8.00 am to 5.00pm) & Sat (8.00am to 3.00pm)
