• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and care.

• Coordinate and manage client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of services and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and performance summaries.

• Support the sales and marketing team by providing insights from client feedback and identifying potential opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience and streamline service delivery processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or related roles.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high proficiency in English.

• An organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple client accounts.

Job Descriptions

• Handle all aspects of clients’ company secretarial matters.
• Manage a portfolio of companies. Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
• Assist with company incorporation/ striking off
• Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
• Customer due diligence (onboarding and ongoing monitoring)
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or others
• Preferably with at least 4-5 years of corporate secretarial experience in established corporate secretarial firms
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Detailed oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.
• Positive working attitude with strong initiative and a team player
