• Plan and conduct outreach to the community and stakeholders including faith-based, corporate and community organisations to increase awareness of dementia.
• Plan and conduct dementia case finding/screening to promote early identification and facilitate timely support.
• Explore new avenues of collaboration with community partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of client follow up.
• Update statistical data on timely manner for reporting to funder.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in psychology, social work, community development or relevant discipline, with min 2 years of experience in community engagement work.
• Prior experience in casework and working with persons with dementia or carers is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on Saturdays.
• Good attention to details.
• Ability to plan and implement ideas.
• Comfortable in speaking with group.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the IT Manager and internal stakeholders on assigned IT support functions to achieve operational efficiency.
• Support the Clinical Operations team by engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders (doctors, clinic staff, etc.) and providing support for diverse requirements.
• Liaise with users and IT vendors for the delivery of IT solutions and services.
• Setup and deploy new desktop/laptop computers and associated software, including Windows Active Directory (AD) administration.
• Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues related to end-user devices (e.g., desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices) and software such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Manage data protection and cyber security functions, ensuring proper security system setup and maintenance.
• Maintain IT assets, systems documentation, and software licenses.
• Assist in executing action plans for the company’s operational goals and support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

• Min. Diploma in Computer Science or relevant Degree qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, end users desktop support, IT security implementation & operations.
• Team player who is able to work independently
