1. Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Community Care Partners to understand Partner’s needs and aspiration.
• Be the primary point of contact and resource person to support Partners to navigate policies, schemes, and regulations in their provision of community care services (e.g. Centre-based Care, Home Care and/or Nursing Home).
• Support Partners on operations-related matters, including implementation of services / initiatives, compliance with licensing and service requirements, and co-creation of solutions.
  

2. Partners Development and Growth

• Support capacity development and growth of Partners in their provision of community care services.
  Assist with driving improvement in operational processes as well as delivery of care services
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate Partner’s participation in programmes and initiatives that will support their strategic growth
• Maintain oversight of Partner’s implementation plan, progress and depository of key information
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare or community care experience, preferably in stakeholder engagement, and project management
• Competency in basic statistics and MS Office applications
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Has a pleasant personality and passion in engaging and supporting Partners in the Community Care Sector to succeed

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement logic for calculating variable cost components to derive standard cost rates for different equipment sizes at each port-pair.
• Enhance costing logic to adapt to market changes and optimize pricing and cargo selection.
• Analyze and report variances between calculated and actual shipping costs.
• Assess equipment situations at locations to determine balance assumptions and repositioning costs.
• Collaborate with regional offices, local agents, procurement, finance, and trades to provide accurate cost information.
• Provide business requirements to the Information System Department for data analysis and system enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Maritime, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Min 1 year of experience in data analytics.
• Excellent data management, spreadsheet, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI preferred but not required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure completeness and accuracy in reporting.

Control and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance to financial regulations and adherence with local and international accounting standards.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Tax Planning and Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns.
• Collaborate with tax advisors to optimize the organization's tax position.

Ad Hoc Projects:

• Participating in special projects and initiatives as assigned, such as, system implementations, or process improvement.
• Support development and maintenance of an efficient financial system.

Qualifications:

• Full set accounting knowledge is required
• Minimum diploma in accounting (with at least 2 to 3 years working experience in education and charity sector would be preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Team-oriented individual with resourcefulness and effective communication skills.
• Process strong analytical skill, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
